First Aid/Safety Instructor

 

We are currently seeking part time or full time CPR/First Aid Instructors

 

This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to teach First Aid/CPR, Safety & Preparedness courses. Instructors must be available to teach a minimum of two days per week (Monday – Sunday)

 

Qualifications:

• Good presentation and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

• Combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities would be an asset

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Classroom & equipment maintenance

• Competency testing of students

• Assist in recruitment and student registration process

• Classroom preparation and management

 

 Pre-employment training may be required.  General training will be provided to right candidates

Customer Service Clerk

 

We are looking for someone who can act as primary contact for existing clients, while developing new clients and promoting programs and services,

 

You will need to develop good relationship with clients, from a variety of industries as well as individuals looking for self directed training.. You will help customers identify their needs and liaise with registration department.

You will be using MS Word, contact management/registration software and an in-house scheduling application.  We will provide training for custom software applications

Experience with telephone sales  both prospecting and closing will be advantageous. You will be intelligent, lively, organized and self disciplined, a self-starter who is motivated to work in a fast paced environment.

We will provide technical training, but you must be willing to learn.

Retail Sales Clerk

 

The primary function of this position is to ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers in store

Job Requirements:


•  Work 20 -30  hours per week

 

You will have direct contact with our customers. Neatness in personal appearance and the ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service is a must.


•    Must be willing to learn about new products, be able to describe a product’s features and demonstrate its use. Explain the features of

     various models and provide information about warranties, etc.
•    Must ensure that merchandise is stocked and displayed.
•    Must be able to operate a cash register, receive payments.
•    Must be fluent in English both verbally and written.
•    Must have at least one year experience as retail shop clerk.
•    Must assist with deliveries and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
•    Must be willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
•    Must be able to work on your feet (stand or walk) for assigned work shifts.
•    Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
