How do I Register for
a Program?
All students must complete a registration package
and for their Refresher Level.
Registration package must include:
Complete application
EMR Registration
Form
EMT
Registration Form
Submit your application package and course course fees.
All course fees and pre-requisites
must accompany all refresher applications.
Flatline Response may contact you through
email, telephone or regular mail.
It is the responsibility of the
applicant to notify the College of any changes to personal information
or to update the information with the College.
Correspondence that is returned
undeliverable may result in the application being withdrawn.

What is the Course
Schedule?
All programs a scheduled by student services and require a minimum
number of students. The schedule may change or be
rescheduled to meet these requirements. You will be notified
by email and the website will be updated. Students will
automatically be transferred.

Is there a Course
Pre-Study Component?
All students must complete the required pre-study component. You
are encouraged to utilize all resources from your previous programs.
You must complete
and turn in
all
Pre-Study
assignments to the instructor on the first day of your class.
This assignment is a mandatory component of the refresher program and
must be completed in order to successfully
complete the Refresher Program.
Flatline Response also has textbooks and resources for sale at student
services - including: Pharmacology, IV Therapy, ECG, Medical
Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, EMT Textbooks and Workbooks.
Additional resources can be purchased through Student Services.

How will I get my
Course Materials
You will be notified by email when your course
materials are ready for pickup from Student Services .
If
you require
your
package shipped
by FedEx or Local
Courier,
you will be required to prepay all shipping and
handling
costs. Items can also be shipped with
Greyhound
Courier
Express Collect
to you.
Upon payment clearance, we will ship out within 24
hours. Delivery will be on next business day if the scheduled date falls
on a public holiday or weekend.
Will there be an Exam?
There will be one examination
administered at the end of the program -
passing grade of 75%.
Exams/rewrite exams may be scheduled 3 - 5
days after last skill day
All EMS Exams are scheduled by the Registrars'
office.

What
should I bring to Class?
Please bring your Pre-Study Workbook, textbooks, a
notebook, pens, pencils etc. There will be lunch and breaks. There are a
number of places for lunch close by. There is a lunch room with a
fridge and microwave for student use. This link will take you to facility
information.

need a uniform?
Appropriate attire is required for all class days.

skirts, shorts, .
EMS Uniforms and clothing can be purchased at the
school.

At the Conclusion
of the Course
Upon successful completion of Refresher
Program you will receive a Confirmation of Training Letter**
for submission to ACP
** If you would also like a
Certificate for Refresher Training - a fee of $50.00 and a written request is
required
