If you are unable to
attend a program that you have registered for, you must contact the
office in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellation/Transfer

All
cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, signed and dated
-
Should you need to cancel
your program you must do this in writing a minimum of 21 days
prior to the first scheduled exam write and you will be refunded your
tuition, less cost of materials and a $150.00 administration
fee. All programs begin with the prestudy component. Canceling less than 3 weeks
(15 business days) prior to first class day or exam write on any EMR program will result in
forfeiture of all program fees.

All course materials are
non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund

No Shows or
failure to attend classes or exam sittings constitutes an failure of
the program, termination and forfeit of fees
-
Late 30 or
more minutes - you will not be allowed into the class and will be
required to see students services to do a makeup day - fee for a
makeup day is $450.00, will be scheduled by the Registrars Office
and will not be negotiable.
EMT

Transfer

All transfer
requests must be submitted in writing, signed and dated

Transfers
will be handled on an individual basis

Once registration closes on
any Advanced program the fee to transfer is $450.00 EMR Program.
$2500.00 EMT Program.

Transferring your program
prior to close of registration there will be an administration fee of
$150.00.

You will be given a Program
Transfer Certificate that will be valid and held open for 6 months at
which point it will expire

You may transfer into an
available program within your Program Transfer Certificate time,
provided the alternate is not full.

You must produce your
Program Transfer Certificate when registering for your program

You must register into the
program prior to the close of registration

Should your Program
Transfer Certificate expire your will be required to pay full course
fees to re-register
Course
Postponement
Flatline Response reserves
the right to cancel, postpone, combine, limit or cap enrollment; to
alter course content, instructors, dates and times of any program.
We do not take the postponement of a course lightly. Unforeseen
circumstances may, on occasion, create the need to postpone a program
and we do apologize for any inconvenience and we will do everything in
our power to attempt to avoid the postponement.
We will make every attempt to
notify you by telephone, mail and/or email. It is your
responsibility however, to ensure that we have your correct information.
You will be notified of this
change and will automatically be moved with the program. Should
this postponement not meet with your schedule, please contact the
college in writing to request a Program Transfer Certificate in order to
re-register into a program that better fits your schedule.
