 . . .   bear the primary responsibility for safety and health at the workplace. The Occupational  Health & Safety Act  specifies the duties of employers under the law. Employers are required to "provide and maintain a workplace, necessary equipment, systems and tools that are safe and without risks to health... Employers are  required  to provide information, instruction and training and  to ensure all workers are acquainted with any safety or health hazards.   These responsibilities fall under the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System Regulations and Transportation of Dangerous Goods Legislation.

Consider the implications of a breakdown. Would it result in a series of events that would lead to an injury?
